Thanks to the non-stick properties of our high-quality bread baking pan, unnecessary greasing is now a thing of the past.
The mirror-smooth inner surface and the perfect degree of stability and flexibility ensure that you only have to turn your finished bread or cake out of the mold after it has cooled and it will release on its own.
By the way, the mold even stays dust-free longer thanks to its non-slip, pearl-like outer structure! Afterwards, you can wash them gently by hand or conveniently in the dishwasher. All Backefix molds are made of food-safe platinum silicone and free of BPA.
