Preparation

To heat it up, place the case with cherrystones in the microwave (600 W up to 2 minutes), in the

oven (100° - 120°C for about 20 minutes). To obtain a cold compress, place the case in the

freezer (for approx. 30-40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of the cherry stones, the warm or cold compress can be applied directly to the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.

Care:

The pillowcase can be washed up to 90 Celsius degrees . The cherrystone filling is not washable.
