Our award-winning Face Cream is a light gel-cream that gives sensitive and problem skin both. Plant-based glycerin and sodium PCA quench thirsty skin and colloidal oatmeal prevents water loss and soothes upset complexions, while canola, oat and poppy seed oils nourish for skin that feels hydrated and soft, without greasiness.
The Face Cream is light enough for oilier skins and easy to boost when using on drier skins: simply add a few drops of our Face Oil for more care.
How to use & tips
- Apply Face Cream to cleansed skin morning and night. Adjust amount according to needs. Suitable for under eye area. Goes well over or mixed with other products, or under makeup.
- Tip 1: Need more nourishment? Try mixing in a drop or two of our Face Oil with the Face Cream.
- Tip 2: Skin looking dry post foundation? Pat a tiny amount of Face Cream onto skin over makeup to diminish flakes.
Why it works for sensitive & problem skin
- The Face Cream has been formulated using a minimum of ingredients.
- It's formulated with a skin-friendly preservative system and a gentle, non-ionic emulsifier.
- Contains no alcohol, fatty alcohols or added fragrance.
- Canola oil is an excellent all-around oil for most skintypes, oat oil has soothing properties while plant-based glycerin and sodium PCA are a classical hydrating combo. Colloidal oatmeal has been used to treat eczema and rashes.
- The Cream's pH is around 5.5 (healthy skin's own pH is slightly acidic, between 4.8 and 5.5).
- The Cream has been rigorously tested by our founder Kristina and chemist Jaana, both of whom have a long history of sensitive and problem skin.
